The Career Center is located in the Library. The Career Center assists students in exploring career choices as they prepare to enter the working world. Information is available on job, career related events and community service opportunities.

- Open the link: “planning a career”
- Open: “skills and interests”
- Open: “Types of Careers” (this will take you to the Occupational Outlook Handbook)
- Open: “Use the index to the handbook”
- Select the initial letter of the career you want to look for (i.e. select “C” for “Computer Programming”)
- Open the career of your choice
- Read the information
- Explore other choices
- Open: “Career Toolbox”
- Open: “Work Interest Quiz”
- Take the quiz. When you finish, click “Done”. You will be provided with a career field matched with your responses from the quiz.
- Open the career field – you will be provided with a list of civilian jobs and military counterparts.
- Read the information about the career and explore other choices
