Step 8: Test Run Your Event

Requirements:

This is your rehearsal.

You need EVERYONE who is part of the event (such as performers or hosts) to be at this rehearsal.

Run through your event as if it is actually happening.

Make sure that every single microphone, song, video clip, curtain movement, etc. works.

You DO NOT want to have technical difficulties because it ruins the flow of the event. If these things all work smoothly, your event will work smoothly.

**you can skip this step if you are doing a car wash or an event that does not need a trial run.
