Tryouts for the 2008-2009 school year will be held on the week of April 28th to May 2nd, from 6:00 - 7:30 am in the Main Gym.

Eligibility
Any girl currently in 9th, 10th and 11th grade (going into 10th, 11th or 12th grade for school year 2008-2009). Current Drill squad members check eligibility with Mrs. Mosholder at lunch or after school. Other interested IHS students must pick up eligibility forms from Mrs. Mosholder or Mr. Kuehn.

Requirements
Grades: Current GPA at end of third quarter of at least 2.0; AND, received a passing grade in at least five classes.

If you do not have a current Sports Packet on file, you will need to obtain and complete the blue folder from Mrs. Mosholder and also complete ALL the required forms, including, but not limited to, a current physical, and the emergency information form, BEFORE you may participate in tryouts. ALL interested students must have a current physical and proof of health insurance (see Mrs. M. if your family needs to purchase a school insurance plan).

Any outstanding fines or fees must be cleared BEFORE you are determined to be eligible to tryout – See Mrs. Brown in Bookkeeping.

Drill specific information application packets, including parent permission letters will be available in the AD/Counseling Center for interested students during the first week of April 2008.
