Basic Information

Eligibility papaerwork will no longer be available online.  Though this may have been a convienence for the community it created a number of problems in processing student-athletes properly. 

There are two types of packets that prospective student-athletes will have to choose from at the start of each season:

1. Initial Eligibility Folder - This is completed prior to turning our for your 1st sport during a school year.  Note: At the start of each new school year, a student-athlete will complete an Initial Eligibility Folder for that school year only.

2. Repeat Eligibility Packet - This is completed prior to turning out for a 2nd or 3rd sport during a school year.
